At Slumberland, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on all furniture and decor. If your new piece isn't the perfect fit, we are happy to assist with a seamless return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure all items are disassembled and placed back into their original packaging to guarantee a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Our specialized white-glove logistics team will contact you within 48 hours to coordinate a convenient pickup time from your residence.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
